The Hedera public network is the most trusted enterprise-grade network to make your digital world exactly how you want it. Hedera’s native cryptocurrency, HBAR, powers the decentralized economy with energy efficiency. In the next era of fast, fair, and secure applications, Hedera hashgraph goes beyond blockchain for developers, whether they’re startups or enterprises, creators or consumers.
Through hashgraph consensus, the Hedera proof-of-stake network provides the highest level of security (ABFT) and blazing-fast transaction speeds with very low bandwidth consumption. As a public ledger that provides high-throughput, low fees, and finality in seconds, Hedera is setting the standard for public ledgers in the future.
As the crypto bear market continues, the co-founder of a leading Ethereum (ETH) rival makes the case for his blockchain. Mance Harmon, the co-founder of Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR), outlines two use cases for layer-1 blockchain, starting with DLA Piper’s TOKO platform, intended to more efficiently raise capital.
“One of the earliest use cases was from DLA Piper, a global law firm, and they created a tokenization platform they call TOKO. Originally, they envisioned tokenizing commercial real estate assets. Their value proposition is that the technology isn’t the hard part when it comes to tokenization. Managing legal and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions on a global basis is the most challenging part. They specialize in that. That’s why they brought it. There was no one better than them. In a use case to demonstrate Hedera’s true value prop, they lack the volume and throughput we were looking for.”
His next example is packaging materials manufacturer Avery Denison’s atma.io platform, which demonstrates the true value proposition of the Hedera network.
Another global company, Avery Dennison, has a platform called atma.io. It is a cloud-based platform for product development. A platform that tracks tokens through the entire supply chain from distributors to retailers to consumers helps companies that manufacture some kind of product, whether it is apparel, retail, food, or healthcare.
HBAR is trading for $0.063 at the time of writing.
